1. Ownership and Contact Information: DeepTracker is a commercial product of Code 495 Solutions Lda., a company registered at R. da Nau Catrineta 10a, 1990-186 Lisboa, Portugal. Throughout these terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Code 495 Solutions Lda.
2. User-Uploaded Content: We are not responsible for any content that clients upload or record on the DeepTracker application. Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of their content with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Application Closure and Data Responsibility: In the event of the company’s closure, we are not responsible for maintaining the application’s operation or preserving client data. Clients are advised to regularly back up their data and make necessary arrangements for continuity.
4. Law and Jurisdiction: The use of DeepTracker and these terms are exclusively governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
5. Representations and Warranties: The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding DeepTracker, including but not limited to the completeness, truth, accuracy, non-misleading nature, constant availability, or up-to-date status of the information provided on the platform.
